Andy Szekely

Andy Szekely is a pioneer in Romania’s personal development scene. He has been shaping the industry since 1995, bringing over 50 international trainers and speakers to Romania and organizing some of the first open seminars on leadership and personal growth.
Over the years, Andy has shared the stage with some of the world’s most renowned speakers, including Robin Sharma, Neale Donald Walsch, Martin Lindstrom, John Maxwell, Bob Proctor, Brian Tracy and Dr. Oz. He has delivered more than 2,500 presentations across 21 countries, working with both entrepreneurs and top global corporations like IBM, HP, AVON, and Johnson & Johnson.
As an author, Andy has published 23 books on personal development, leadership, and entrepreneurship, with four of them becoming national bestsellers. He is also the founder of an educational community with over 500,000 members, where he continues to inspire and mentor business professionals.
Beyond writing and speaking, Andy is an entrepreneur who built the BOOTCAMP and the 6C Conferences brands. He is also a startup investor and business advisor for six companies.
Currently, he runs an exclusive coaching program with over 100 active entrepreneurs, personally mentoring 60 of them. The program has achieved a 95% re-enrollment rate over the past two years, proving its long-term impact and effectiveness.
