Sergiu Neguț

Sergiu is the first Endeavor Entrepreneur from Romania, having co-founded FintechOS (fintechos.com), an AI Product Engine for the financial companies. The company employs 250people in London, New York,and Bucharest. At FintechOS, Sergiu coordinated the VC backed fundraising (>US$130mil), acting also at in the past as CFO or CSO.

Aside from entrepreneur Sergiu is also an angel investor, speaker and lecturer. He has co-founded cleverage.vc, a healthtech investment company. In the past, Sergiu led as an executive the transformation of CMU into Regina Maria, Romania’s leading healthcare network.

An INSEAD MBA graduate, Sergiu is passionate about entreprenerurship and education. He serves as associate dean of entrepreneurial growth and strategy lecturer for Bucharest International School of Management (bism.ro) and board member for Romanian Business Leaders (bism.ro) serving as president from may 2025.
