Robert Diaconeasa (Daddy Cool)

Robert Diaconeasa is a media professional with over 24 years of
experience, spanning journalism, television and digital content. After a
long career as a journalist and TV personality, he transitioned into
entrepreneurship, focusing on education and social impact.

He is the founder of tRAI, an educational hub built in nature, designed
to support children from underprivileged communities through
experiential learning, mentorship and access to meaningful
opportunities. Also, he created MENtalks, a platform dedicated to modern
masculinity, personal growth and emotional wellbeing.
MENtalks brings together a podcast, a web platform, MENtalks UNFILTERED
workshops and immersive GETAWAYS in nature, all designed to help men in
Romania find balance, improve their quality of life, and build healthier
relationships with themselves and those around them. The platform is on
its path to becoming the first NGO in Romania focused on men’s mental
health and suicide prevention.
Through his work, Robert is driven by a clear mission: to make education
more relevant, human and impactful, while helping both children and men
build healthier, more conscious lives.
