Otilia Pețu

Otilia founded NOA, having 17+ years of experience in the field of national and international taxation, business consultancy in restructuring , M&A and audit services. She has extensive experience in high-end transformational projects for local entrepreneurial companies as well as for multinationals providing complex strategic thinking and consultancy services.

Otilia ensures the development vision of the group and she is directly involved in projects of strategic importance for NOA’s clients.
Beyond her entrepreneurial core, Otilia’s career spans diverse roles, including serving as a local expert for the World Bank. She is a member of the Romanian Chamber of Tax Consultants and of the Romanian Chamber of Auditors and she holds an Advance Diploma in International Taxation issued by the Chartered Institute of Taxation in UK.

She also holds a Postgraduate Degree in Board Practice and Directorship from Henley Business School – University of Reading, a master’s degree in business law, being licensed from both Faculty of Law – the University of Bucharest and the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies.
