Magdalena Caramilea

Magdalena Caramilea is Head of Sustainability in Autonom Group, being the Green image of the company and having as main responsibilities the company’s sustainable strategy, sustainable finance and reporting, scenario planning and ESG advisory, being also actively engaged in investors relation communication and raising awareness of the impact on environment and social issues, among employees and business partners.

Coming from a 20y financial background, she is also a lifelong sustainability promoter in life and business, passionate about people and nature, travelling as a way of understanding the world and being part of different community projects. Having “Evolve Daily” as core value and learning process, Magdalena is constantly working on improving her skills and knowledge, choosing over time different trainings, as “Financial Markets” from Yale University, „Fast Track MBA” from BISM (Bucharest International School of Management), and „Corporate Governance that creates Value” developed by ENVISIA Boards of Elite in partnership with BVB.
In her recent sustainability role, Magdalena is certified as INTERNATIONAL SUSTAINABLE BUSINESS® Specialist by IASE and she is trained under IFC Green Bond Technical Assistance Program (GB-TAP), Rotterdam School of Management, Stanford School of Business, University of Cambridge, GRI and ESRS Reporting.
