Bogdan Clipici

Bogdan Clipici is a Romanian entrepreneur and business executive, currently leading Bolt Business Romania as Country Manager. His mission is to scale their market share and grow a high-performing team that helps Romanian companies optimize transportation costs, improve control over mobility expenses, and boost employee satisfaction.

Before Bolt, he co-founded Stailer, a digital beauty booking platform launched in 2020. During his time as co-founder, they scaled the platform to 1,350 salons nationwide, raised €2.5M in funding across three rounds, and reached a valuation of €15.7M.

With a track record of driving go-to-market strategies that lead to exponential B2B growth and market expansion, in 2022, he was honored to be recognized in Forbes Romania’s “30 Under 30”, a milestone that fuels his ongoing mission: helping businesses scale smarter and faster.
