Andreea Timofte is the co-founder of HEM Association, known for its unique initiative, “N-avem SANGE?!” the national program, which aims to increase the number of loyal blood donors.
The program achieves this bold objective through campaigns promoting the health benefits of blood donation and by growing the #bloodfluencer community—a network of donors and supporters advocating for blood donation.

For Andreea, “N-avem SANGE?!” represents one of her greatest and most meaningful challenges, while also being a profound source of joy and hope.
The team’s efforts are driven by the belief that the need for blood transfusions should not be a burden on patients, but rather a responsibility naturally embraced by healthy individuals as part of their routine.

Over the past nine years, “N-avem SANGE?!” has been a journey filled with tears and joy, despair and trust—a whirlwind of emotions, all underpinned by hope. Ultimately, it all comes back to the critical question: Do we really not have blood?
