Adrian Stanciu

Adrian Stanciu is an organisational development consultant, specialising in leadership and organisational culture. His consulting work spans more than 20 years and has touched more than 100 companies, large and small, Romanian and foreign.
Prior to starting his consulting practice, Adrian has been an entrepreneur and corporate executive, having founded and exited several businesses, as well as being the General Manager of Xerox in Romania. He also founded the local affiliate offices of Human Synergistics International, the leading research organisation in the subject of organisational culture, in Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary and Serbia.
In the field of education Adrian is a partner in Bucharest International School of Management, a business school that delivers EMBA and Master in Management programmes in Romania, for which Adrian also serves in a capacity of Associate Dean and lecturer in the subject of Leadership, Cultural Management and Organisational Development. He also participated in the foundation of several education ventures, such as the Erudio association or Entrepreneurship Academy.
