In nearly 20 years of business experience, Mircea Varga has been involved—as both CFO and member of Boards of Directors or Shareholder Representative—in the financial and strategic management of top companies across a range of industries, both national and multinational. These include Euroholding, Electrolux, European Drinks, Macon, Energobit, Țiriac Holdings, Allianz Pensii, Globe Ground, Bucharest International Cargo Center, Universal, Meteor, Smart Plantation, Teilor Holding, Safetech Innovations, Perla Harghitei, and Apemin Tușnad. He has played a decisive role in enhancing their performance and driving profound transformation.
In November 2021, he executed the first bond issuance for Teilor Holding, listed on the AeRo market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange. This was the largest capital market bond issuance in the history of the Romanian stock exchange. In October 2024, he carried out the second bond issuance for Teilor Holding, also listed on AeRo, marking the largest such issuance of 2024.
Currently, he serves as an independent board member at Teilor Holdings—where he is also Chairman—as well as at Safetech Innovations, Perla Harghitei, and Apemin Tușnad.
