Radu Anastasiu

Radu Atanasiu is an Associate Dean at the Bucharest International School of Management. He teaches, researches, and writes about managerial decision-making, critical thinking, and, yes, a bit about our relationship with failure. Radu wrote two books on his favorite topics, published in Germany and the Netherlands, has a podcast with MindArchitect about day-to-day decision-making, titled Decizii cu Cap, writes regularly for Revista Biz and Psychology Today, invests in local tech startups, and runs marathons wearing Mickey Mouse ears.
