Adrian’s practice sits at the intersection of corporate law, fiscal risk management, and IP protection, helping businesses build defensible frameworks for scale, investment, and long-term continuity. He is also an authorized agent for secured transactions registrations (RNPM) and an accredited intellectual property representative before OSIM and EUIPO, assisting clients in building and protecting brands and IP portfolios across jurisdictions.
