Raluca Abigaela

Raluca’s drive is the mission to always prioritize the ultimate well-being of the child. She strongly believes that education is a dynamic, ever-evolving process, and that it takes a lifetime to shape ourselves, both as professionals and as individuals.

Over the past 13 years, she has dedicated her life to alternative Montessori education, a field where she ahs worked as a teacher, counseled numerous families, and provided consultancy for kindergartens and schools. Whether working with children, parents, or educational institutions, she is guided by the needs of the child and the desire to create an environment where they can grow and thrive.

In the past year, Raluca has also created a parent community, ‘Părinte Imperfect’, where she offers free psychoeducation capsules, sharing knowledge and tools to support their journey.

For her, education is more than a profession—it is the foundation for a better future. Her mission is to help build that foundation alongside those who share this vision.
