Mihai Pătrașcu

Mihai Pătrașcu is one of the most renowned Romanian entrepreneurs. A graduate of the Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunications at the Politehnica University of Bucharest, Mihai Pătrașcu founded evomag in 2005, at just 22 years old.
Almost 20 years after his entrepreneurial debut, evomag is one of the most significant companies in Romania’s eCommerce industry. The company reports a turnover of 50 million euros in 2024 and offers hundreds of thousands of products across categories such as IT&C, appliances, sports & fitness (including scooters and scooter accessories), as well as home and garden items.
In 2022, evomag secured a 2-million-euro investment from Catalyst Romania, one of the most prominent tech-focused venture capital firms in the country, to support its accelerated development plan.
Between 2014 and 2016, Mihai pursued an MBA in Business Administration and Management at the Maastricht School of Management.
